Pet Damage, Crits, and Stats
I've been using a Ranger for awhile now and the one thing that really annoys me is that I cannot see my pets damage while in combat. Everytime there is a pet combat message (e.g. -X, miss, dodge, stray, etc.) that should be displayed in another color other than cyan or yellow.
Also, I think critical hits should be bolder and bigger, just so you make sure to notice them.
Finally, I loved all of the stats in WoW. Not only do we get absolutely none for our pets, but our character stats seem awfully limited. I wish A.net would flush these interfaces out more.
Cheers!

I agree they really should display pet damage. This way I can actually know that when I use a pet it does something...
I also agree they should make critical hits a bit more noticeable, maybe make the number bigger or say "critical hit" or something.
However, regarding WoW, WoW and Guild Wars aren't the same. I've never played WoW, but the stat system is completely different compared to GW. Guild Wars is based on class specific attributes, where as WoW is based on general attributes.

In WoW and most other MMORPG's, there are more "behind-the-scenes" calculations, per se. Things such as "total armor" or "accuracy" or "dodge rate" do not exist in Guild Wars. But I do agree, they could display weapon damage and crit rate taking your weapon mastery (for warriors and rangers.) Also, Guild Wars displays its stat information in a spread-out manner. For example, most games have a magic power rating, but in Guild Wars, it's displayed with the skill, as it's based entirely on the attribute level of whatever it's associated with, rather than a general "intelligence" stat.

I agree on the showing of pet's damage inflicted. It would help knowing especially when deciding how to allocate my attribute points on beast mastery, and soforth.

In most MMORPG it shows the damage from everyone in your team, even shows it in the chat. Something like that would help show your pet damage as well as the bozo Elementalist in your team who is just standing there.

The problem with having it show everyone's damage, is that what would differentiate between everyone's damage? would it be different colors? as that is hard to remember who is what color, and with eight it would be hard to get 9+ different enough colors.
And if it showed it in chat, you would be unable to speak in battle, as it would just get pushed up by all the numbers.
